As a founding Principal and the President of Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc. Mr. Causseaux has been a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida since 1988. He has civil engineering design expertise in the areas of site infrastructure design and layout for all types of projects, ranging from individual commercial sites to large-scale residential developments. He provides annual project management, from inception through construction completion, for an average of 150 projects.

Kevin is a Company Principal, a Vice President of Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc., and the Director of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Hewett has been a registered Professional Land Surveyor since 2000. He has worked on all phases of boundary, topographic, geodetic, route, easement, and control surveys for a broad spectrum of public and private clients. He has comprehensive experience providing surveying expertise and has the ability to focus CHW's Survey Department resources to assure project objectives, goals, and milestones are met.

Robert is a Company Principal, a Vice President of Causseaux, Hewett, & Walpole, Inc., and the Director of Construction Services. Mr. Walpole has been a registered Professional Engineer since 2002. He is experienced in all areas of subdivision design, commercial development, public sector design, and environmental and regulatory permitting. He actively participates in all phases of the development process, and supervises staff from project inception through construction completion.

Becki is the Director of Human Resources and Administration and has been a part of the company since 2001. She manages all aspects of human resources, accounting and bookkeeping department, all administrative and non-technical staff, and office operations. She attended the University of North Florida and is currently pursuing PHR certification.

Andy is the Director of Quality Control and Technical Operations and has been a registered Professional Engineer since 2004. His engineering experience is in the areas of subdivision design and layout; paving, grading, and roadway design; stormwater modeling and design; project management; plans review; and environmental and regulatory permitting. His other duties include overseeing the quality assurance of all departments, acting as a liaison with government entities and agencies, and overseeing all technical operations of the company.



Monique is the Director of Engineering, a LEED Accredited Professional, and has been a registered Professional Engineer since 1999. She manages all technical and non-technical staff in the production of engineering related work product, actively participates in all phases of the development process, and supervises staff from project inception through construction completion. She specializes in projects that require transportation and roadway layout and design and/or maintenance of traffic.








Gerry is the Director of Planning and GIS Services, a Certified Planner, and LEED Accredited Professional with over eighteen years of professional land use, transportation, and community development planning experience. He has extensive knowledge of the local government and State regulatory land entitlement process. He has acquired approvals for projects requiring variances, special exceptions, re-zonings, and Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
