Today we mourn the loss of Wayne Chance, co-founder of Chance & Causseaux. Wayne provided a young Rory Causseaux the opportunity to advance his professional career and to become a businessman. His mentorship and guidance provided the catalyst to propel Rory into a peer businessman and birthed the company we now know as CHW Professional Consultants. Wayne Chance was a mentor, a friend, and a great man. He has impacted our lives forever and will be deeply missed!
