Monique Heathcock, PE, LEED AP serves as Vice President at CHW Professional Consultants leading the Transportation Engineering department with almost 30 years of experience transportation and design, and project permitting. Monique’s transportation expertise is diverse with expertise in roadway resurfacing and rehabilitation, Complete Streets, bike and pedestrian facilities, intersection design, temporary traffic control, and a proven track record in project management and resource deployment.  She will be an integral part of CHW’s executive team overseeing the expansion of the transportation team, operations, and client relations.
