Monique Heathcock, PE, LEED AP | Vice President
+  Previously worked for CHW as Director of Transportation before retiring in 2021
+  30 years of engineering design expertise in the areas of site development, roadways, maintenance of traffic, and water and wastewater distribution
+  Project permitting experience includes local City and County governments, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP)
+  Passionate advocate for the #STEM community  

Clint Rickner, PLS | Surveying + Mapping Project Manager | Ocala
+  20+ years of experience in all aspects of surveying including boundary, mortgage, topographic, as-builts, hydrographic, construction staking, and AutoCAD
+  Clint became interested in the surveying field at 15 years old  

George Gay | Surveying + Mapping Senior CADD Technician | Remote
+  25+ years of experience in the Land Surveying industry
+  Started in the industry in 1997 as an Instrument person and assisting with all aspects of surveying including boundary, mortgage, topographic, as-builts, and construction staking before moving into a CADD technician role in 2001
+  George previously worked for CHW in 2021, when we were Causseaux & Ellington, Inc.  

Brett Bartek | Ecological Services Consultant | Alachua
+  Subject matter expert with over 15+ years of experience in the Ecological + Environmental industry covering a wide range of subjects from evolutionary biology to zoo animal technology
+  Brett served as the Senior Animal Caretaker at the Oklahoma City Zoo [2012-2018] and spent six months in Australia with the University of South Florida as a Field Technician to standard herpetofauna surveys to document the ecological impact of marine toads [2019]
